JWH Continuous melt laser filter
Introduction of JWH Continuous melt laser filter:
（1）JWH Continuous melt laser filter can handle up to 5% of pollutants variety of recycled plastics, including PE, PP, PS, ABS HDPE, EPS, etc.
（2）The filter plate adopts ultra-high hardness composite materials and laser technology, which can deal with a variety of impurities, such as paper, sawdust, aluminum, copper, rubber, silica gel, etc.
（3）The filtration, scraping, slag discharge and other processes are accurately controlled by full-automatic PLC, which improves the cleanness of recycled plastics, greatly saves labor and energy consumption, and reduces the cost of consumables.
（4）JWH filter can be easily combined into the existing extrusion line, whether single screw, twin screw, various types of pelletizing systems, or downstream devices.

Description:
(1) polypropylene and polystyrene plastics, excluding PVC, PVDC, EVA and other materials and corrosion pollution;

(4) The extruder pressure is required to be more than 15MPa.
